Formed in 2008 by ex-Across Tundras founding member Heath Rave in Minneapolis, MN, WOLVHAMMER in their short existence have gained a reputation as one of America’s most notorious black metal influenced bands. With the U.S. being known for spawning such bands of said influence, bands such as COBALT, LEVIATHAN, LUDICRA, GOATWHORE, and NACHTMYSTIUM to name a few of the more prominent acts of said scene, WOLVHAMMER are poised to enter such a class with their new album “The Obsidian Plains”.
